Revelation 2: 18-29

Jesus instructs the church in Thyatira to deviate from the sinful cultural compromise into which some of them had fallen, calling them instead to pursue the reward of Jesus, himself, by faithfully… continuing the pattern of perseverance and growth they otherwise had sought quite successfully.
